The Creative Services team manages over 1,500 requests annually, often navigating inconsistent inputs, urgent timelines, and fragmented feedback from internal stakeholders.
I collaborated with the Project Manager to design and implement systems that streamlined workflows, clarified request standards, and reduced bottlenecks. This created a more efficient and predictable process for both designers and stakeholders.
